    Bill Baer talks about the history of storage in SharePoint and discusses some of the tougher aspects of Shredded Storage…yes it can’t be turned off ;-) but yes you can cludge it by raising the chunk size.

    Really nice addon…there is the “Promoted Links” out of the box, but this one has predefined images you can use.

    Great run through of how to convert a VM, I’m that close to going back to VMware Workstation as HyperV is driving me mad with sharing my hosts wifi internet connection and no drag and drop!
